Applicability: This Privacy Policy applies to the Txon App (hereinafter referred to as "the App") and its related services. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.
We only collect necessary personal information to implement the App's core functions. We do not collect any unnecessary information, nor do we display ads or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes. The specific collection and use of information are as follows:

Sensitive Information Reminder: Device unique identifier (UDID), device MAC address are sensitive information. We will store them in encrypted form and strictly restrict access to ensure information security.
We take strict security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure:
Storage Period: We adhere to the principle of "minimum necessary retention". Local photos/videos are stored in the App's private directory and are under your full control (you can delete them at any time). Device information and cloud storage-related data are retained until you unbind your device or cancel your cloud storage service; after cancellation, the data will be completely destroyed within 30 days. Anonymous usage logs are retained for [X] months and then automatically deleted.
Storage Location: All your data (including local storage files and cloud storage data) is stored in Tencent COS and AWS Data Center. We will not transfer your data across borders without your explicit consent.
Security Measures: We use AES-256 encryption for data storage, SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, and implement hierarchical permission management to ensure that only authorized personnel can access relevant data. We also conduct regular security audits and vulnerability scans to prevent data security risks.
Data Destruction: When the data retention period expires or you request to delete data/cancel your account, we will completely destroy your data through physical deletion, data overwriting, and other methods to ensure that the data cannot be recovered.
Third-Party Sharing and Disclosure
We will not share, sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to any third party except in the following circumstances:
Third-Party Payment Service Provider: We share your in-app purchase order information (order number, transaction amount, purchase status) with Google Play Billing (Google's official payment service) to complete payment transactions. Google Play Billing will handle your payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy, and we will not store your complete payment card information.
Cloud Storage Service Provider: If you purchase cloud storage services, we will store your uploaded photos/videos on our authorized cloud storage service provider's server. The cloud storage service provider will strictly abide by our data security requirements and will not access or use your data without authorization.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your necessary personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations, judicial orders, or administrative instructions, or to protect your legitimate rights and interests, the public interest, or our legitimate rights and interests.
Note: We do not display any ads in the App, nor do we share your information with any third-party advertising platforms.
You have the right to access, correct, delete your personal information, withdraw your consent, and cancel your account. You can exercise these rights through the following methods:
Access and Correct Personal Information: Enter the App → Me→ Account to view and correct your device binding information and cloud storage usage information.
Delete Data: Local photos/videos can be directly deleted in the App's file management module; cloud storage files can be deleted in the cloud storage module; to delete your device binding information, please contact us through the contact information provided in this Policy.
Withdraw Consent: You can disable camera, microphone, storage, and other permissions in your Android device settings → Apps → Txon → Permissions. Withdrawing consent will not affect the use of functions that do not require the corresponding permissions.
Cancel Account: Enter the App → Me → Cancel Account. After cancellation, your device binding information, cloud storage data, and all other related data will be completely destroyed in accordance with this Policy, and you will no longer be able to use the App's cloud storage services.

Protection of Minors
Our App is not specifically designed for minors. If a minor uses the App with the consent of a legal guardian, the legal guardian shall supervise and guide the minor's use of the App. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information of a minor without the consent of a legal guardian, we will immediately delete the relevant information and notify the legal guardian.
We may update this Privacy Policy in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, or business needs. When we make significant changes to the Policy, we will notify you through a pop-up window in the App or an email. Your continued use of the App after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised content, you may stop using the App and cancel your account.
